You have to nourish your soul with good traditional Catholic books, specially the ones before Vatican Second.

1- The Way of Divine Love- by the mystic Sister Josefa Menendez
2- The Life of Jesus Christ and Biblical Revelations- set of 4 volumes, by Venerable Anne Catherine Emmerich
3- The Life of the Blessed Virgin Mary- by Venerable Anne Catherine Emmerich
4-The Secret of the Rosary- by St Louis de Montfort
5- Purgatory Explained- by Fr. F. Schouppe
6- The Way of Salvation and of Perfection- by St. Alphonsus Liguori
7-Trustful Surrender to Divine Providence- by Fr. Jean Baptiste Saint-Jure & St. Claude de la Colombiere
8- The Imitation of Christ- by Thomas à Kempis (my favorite)
