Don`t date someone just because his looks, rich or popular. You should choose him because he cares about you, and he takes you seriously, he think about you as a marriage material, a very family-oriented man, with very good moral values. Check about his background and family and religious roots. Was he abusive to his ex girlfriend? he respect his parents and family? was he a bully at school? He believes in Jesus and obey Him? what are his views concerning moral laws? has he used drugs before or does now? he drinks, smokes? has he smoke pot before? he takes work and career seriously in order to support a family someday? his language is very vulgar, a lot of f* words? is he lazy around the house and never help around? his kind of music is heavy metal? he has tattoos and piercings? he does not believe in chastity before marriage?
Just think what he is and does. Not only his good looks and whatever can influence you to date this man. If he is all that, don`t ever think that you will change him someday, because in reality he never will change and he might make you suffer a lot. Watch out for some red flags, bad signs: if he does not want to meet your family or take you to meet his family- it means he does not take you seriously. They were raised to be a very good husband someday, someone who will not cheat on you or be abusive, they were raised knowing that marriage is forever, they are very serious about that.
